Underground gas storage, cement sheath will be under alternating stress in the productive process. The interface of cement sheath generates easily microfracture, which is under alternating stress and extruding from formation lead to annulus with pressure. It is because of the different of formation, casing and set cement. For these problems, this paper, optimization other agent which is match with self-healing agent, develops cement slurry system with self-healing capacity. Evaluation methodology was focused research also in this paper, because there is no recognized evaluation methodology for the capacity of self-healing cement slurry system in the field of cementing. The works and research results in this paper as follows:1.A new method of quantitative evaluation self-healing capacity of self-healing cement slurry, and a equipment be researched. An indoor simulation experiment results shows that this method can more accuracy and quantitative evaluation capacity of self-healing cement slurry.2.1n this paper, the capacity of two kind versions of self-healing agents of version crystallize and version hot-melt is evaluated and the mechanism of agent is analyzed.3.Base on the performance requirement of cement slurry, annexing agents which are matches with self-healing agent is optimized by research and laboratory test. Dispersant SXY-2, filtrate reducer BS100L and swelling BS500match to WC and dispersant FMA-1, filtrate reducer BXF-200L and swelling BS500match to hot-melt is optimized.4.According to optimized agents, two kinds of self-healing cement slurry formulas are carried out by laboratory test. Version crystallize cement slurry:Jiajiang G cement+0.75%SXY-2+4%BS100L+2%BS500+5%suspension stabilizer (WG)+X%self-healing agent+0.2%defoamer (XP-1)+water (density1.90g/cm3). Version Hot-melt cement slurry: Jiajiang G cement+0.75%FMA-1+4%BXF-200L+2%BS500+5%suspension stabilizer (WG)+X%self-healing agent+0.2%defoamer (XP-1)+water (density1.90g/cm3).5. To evaluation the capacity of the two kinds slurry cement finds that version crystal and version hot-melt cement slurry curing in water with75℃×0.1MPa for40days, for the1mm fracture, the self-healing degree reach at78.8%and76.0%.
