The Natural gas desulfurization device is an important part of the production process of natural gas purification to will from the gas field exploitation of sour natural gas in almost all H2S removal and partial removal of CO2, so as to meet the national standard for natural gas of purified natural gas quality. The demand of natural gas is increasing, but natural gas is in short supply. With the high sulfur gas field are continually being developed, studying on process and technology of high sulfur natural gas desulfurization plant in order to improve the quality of natural gas and reduce the energy consumption of the desulfurization unit, it has important significance in the natural gas industry.In this paper, the author in the Xuanhan natural gas treatment plant site investigation and personally involved in the installation and commissioning of the equipment on the basis, the research of natural gas desulfurization process flow of the plant, and puts forward the method for the quality of commercial gas increase, reduce the energy consumption of the desulfurization unit; Selecting sulfolane and a mixture of methyl diethanolamine (Sulfinol-M) removal of H2S and CO2in natural gas, Xuanhan natural gas treatment plant design flow of300×104m3/d desulfurization device process flow model is established by using Aspen HYSYS software, analyzing the influence of operating conditions such as absorption tower temperature, absorption tower pressure, absorption tower plate number and solution circulation amount etc. Based on the optimization theory to determine, the economic benefit as objective function, with the operating conditions for the decision variables and to natural gas quality as the constraint condition, the establishment of the desulfurization unit energy consumption optimization model is proposed using particle swarm optimization of BP neural network combined with genetic algorithm optimization research.The results of the study show that natural gas desulfurization unit process simulation is feasible and natural gas quality can reach the national standards for a class; desulfurization unit energy consumption optimization method is effective, the unit energy consumption reduced by15.1%, economic benefits significantly improved.
