Study On Oil And Gas Gathering And Transportation Technology In Wenchang 13-6 Oilfield

At present, the foreign countries vigorously empolder the offshore oil and gas fields to improve the competitive ability in the field of energy sources; the internal oil companies develop into the ocean one by one. The internal oil companies empolder offshore oil and gas fields, and at present most of them adopt fixed platform model. When we comprehensively impolder the offshore oil field group composed of multiple fields, we can use the scale effect, and reasonably choose the location of the main production facilities and the quantity, raising the utilization rate of production facilities, which will greatly reduce the investment cost of empoldering offshore oil fields, and reduce the investment risk, and enhance the market competitiveness.This paper is based on CNOOC’s development planning that developing the Wenchang13-6oil field, building a new oil platforms Wenchang13-6A platform, and this new production platform is not equipped with oil and gas water treatment equipment, and choose the reasonable subsea pipeline to transport oil and gas water mixture to be processed in the "Offshore oil116" tanker. This paper sutdy the Wenchang13-6platform oil and gas gathering and transferring process, the path of subsea pipeline, material and pipe diameter, and the "Offshore oil116" tanker oil and gas water treatment process is analyzed and studied.Though to study the wenchang13-6A platform oil and gas gathering and transferring process, wenchang13-6A platform process is more simple than a typical full sea type oil and gas gathering and transferring process flow, no oil and gas water treatment equipment, reducing the equipment procurement, narrow the platform construction scale, reducing the investment cost and maintenance cost;Though the Wenchang13-6A to13-6A platform pipeline research, this paper choose the reasonable path, the seabed pipeline material and pipe diameter, to reduce the investment cost; Through to the "Offshore oil116" tanker oil and gas water treatment technology research,"Offshore oil116" oil tanker have crude oil processing system, the fuel gas processing system, the production of water treatment systems, traditional oil and gas water treatment system, such as crude oil metering system, which can satisfy the Wenchang13-6oil field oil and gas gathering and processing requirements.
