The development of organometallic chemistry provides many highly efficient and selective methods for organic synthesis, which promotes the synthetic technique to a new level. Transition-metal catalyzed cross-coupling reaction, a reaction between an electrophile and a nuleophile, is a powerful tool to construct C-C and C-Heteroatom bonds. Among them, the oxidation coupling reaction, compared with the traditional coupling reaction has a very significant advantages. Carbon-phosphorus bond and carbon-sulfur bond are more important research content of organic synthesis chemistry, The synthesis of aryl sulfones has attracted much attention due to promosing antibacterial, antifungal and antitumor activities. Beta- methyl ketone sulfone synthetic research on the theory and practical application are very significant.The paper is divided into four parts:Firstly, In this thesis, a brief introduction of the alkynes and olefin as substrates for synthesis of carbon-phosphorus bonds reaction was first reviewed. Then introduced the development of transition-metal-catalyzed coupling and the sulfone ketone compounds synthesis methods. The third, diphenylphosphine oxide in coupling reaction was carried out by research. And finally studied the Sugar-involved Catalytic Aerobic Oxidative Oxosulfonation of Olefines with DMSO.Secondly, Silver-Mediated Selective Oxidative Cross-Coupling between C-H/P-H: A Strategy to Construct Alkynyl(diaryl)phosphine Oxide. Then, studied the alkynes and diphenylphosphine coupling, which synthesis of alkynkl phosphonate compounds under Ag2CO3.Thirdly, Copper-Catalyzed Oxidative Cross-Coupling of H-Phosphine Oxides with Alkenes in the Synthesis of Alkenylphosphine Oxides. Aromatic and diphenylphosphine as substrate, CuBr as a catalyst coupling reaction, reacted alkenyl phosphorus compounds.Finally, Sugar-involved Catalytic Aerobic Oxidative palladium copper in catalytic synthesis of olefins and DMSO beta methyl ketone sulfone derivatives. This reaction under palladium copper in catalytic with sugar synthesis a series of β-methyl ketone sulfone.
