This paper developed two frit product-unleaded transparent frit glaze and leucite frit. Products that were in line with specific requirements were manufacture. And this paper achieved the purposes of reducing costs and enhancing performance.Unleaded transparent frit’s emerging was for the purpose of resolving lead pollution caused by leaded transparent frit as glaze. Unleaded transparent frit resolved security risks caused by lead-leaching through displacing Pb O using Bi2O3, Y2O3, B2O3, Mg O, Ba O, Sr O, Li2 O. And its property is similar to leaded transparent frit’s. This paper researched unleaded transparent frit by displacing Pb O using B2O3, Mg O, Zn O, Ba O, Sr O. Its body expansion coefficient was 180-200×10-7/℃ and its sintering temperature was 1100-1200℃. Effect of mass ratio of silica to alumina, mass ratio of silica to natrium oxide, mass ratio of silica to boron oxide on sintered state, body expansion coefficient and transparency of samples was researched. The results showed that sintered state of samples were better when the mass ratio of silica on alumina, silica on natrium oxide, boron oxide was 9-11, 8.9-10.3, 6.2-7. And body expansion coefficient of samples were in line with 180-200×10-7/℃. The transparency of sample was best when the mass ratio of silica on alumina, silica on natrium oxide, boron oxide was 10, 9.6, 6.6. And the transparency of sample was 95%.Leucite was widely used as internal reinforcement of dental glass-ceramic material. High thermal expansion coefficient was used to enhance flexural strength, fracture toughness and thermal expansion coefficient of dental glass-ceramic material. The leucite frit was fabricated by melting-crystallization method using potash feldspar as the main raw materials. Using X-ray diffraction, Scanning Electron Microscope and Thermal Expansion Coefficient analyzed the influence of Si O2, Al2O3, K2 O and temperature regime on preparation of leucite. Using Flexural Strength, Thermal Expansion Coefficient and Fracture Toughness analyzed the influence of leucite on performance of dental glass-ceramic material. The results showed that the performance of samples were better when chemical composition was closed to theoretical content of leucite. And its property was best when content of Al2O3 trifle overdose, melting temperature was 1500 ℃,crystallization temperature was 1200 ℃ and holding time was 4 hours. Leucite grains orderly arranged with the size of 3 um×5 um×10 um and its thermal expansion coefficient was 21.31×10-6/℃. The flexural strength, fracture toughness and thermal expansion coefficient of dental glass-ceramic can be increased by doping leucite. Performance of sample was best when the content of leucite was 50%. Its flexural strength was 129.58 MPa. Its fracture toughness was 16.29 MPa/m2. Its thermal expansion coefficient was about 15×10-6/℃.
