Vanadium is a kind of important material and an indispensable material,which is related to the development and progress of industry,national defense and science and technology.Vanadium slag is a main raw material for extracting vanadium.Sodium roasting-water leaching progress and calcifying roasting-acid leaching progress are two main progress for extracting vanadium in industrialization, requirement of calcium and phosphorus content in vanadium slag is low in the former.requirement of phosphorus content in vanadium slag is low in the latter. Pangang’s converter vanadium-steel progress can extract vanadium from vanadium iron and realize dephosphorization at the same time,which lightens the burden of dephosphorization in steel making process.But this progress gets high calcium and high phosphorus vanadium slag.High content of CaO will seriously affect the conversion rate of vanadium in sodium roasting progress,high contend of P will lead to a bigger loss of vanadium during the phosphorus removal process.Therefore,the effective utilization of high calcium and high phosphorus vanadium slag is particularly important.In this paper,the high calcium and high phosphorus vanadium slag of Pangang was used as the raw material.The process of oxidizing roasting-sodium carbonate leaching and ammonium bicarbonate/vanadium ammonium carbonate precipitation of vanadate was adopted by means of XRD and SEM,the main process were were studied inclding oxidizing roasting,sodium carbonate leaching and carbonate precipitation of vanadate.The optimized technology parameters were formulated as follows.The roast part requested 860℃ of roasting temperature and 150min of roasting time.It was included in the leaching part that 95 ℃ of leaching temperature,120 min of leaching time,10%wt of leaching agent and 4:1 of liquid-solid ratio. Among the precipitation of vanadate,9.2 of pH value of sinking progress,2.2:1 of mass ratio of NH4+/TV and 3% seed of the quality of TV were required.Moreover,the recycled leaching research was implemented using washing water from residue and vanadium product and the upper liquid of of vanadate.Ammonia could be absorbed in the process of leaching experiment and the waste water was also recycled in the system.The quality of obtained V2O5 conformed to the national standard requirements《YB/T 5304-2011》).Compared to traditional V extraction process.oxidizing roasting-sodium carbonate leaching and carbonate for precipitation of vanadate can guarantee high calcium and high phosphorus vanadium slag with high vanadium leaching rate and high sink rate of vanadium,eliminate the influence of waste water and ammonia for the environment,to the industrialization of high calcium and high phosphorus vanadium slag is great significance.
