In the process of underground mining environment construction, when the internal stress of rock mass balance destroyed,will cause the phenomenon of rock slide and collapse,threatened the life safety of construction personnel, so it is necessary to take some measures to strengthen the safety of construction personnel underground construction environment.Although there is a part of the underground mining environment construction is equipped with imported microseismic monitoring system,but because of the imported equipment is expensive,and inconvenient maintenance and high maintenance cost,make the microseismic monitoring system can’t like abroad widely promotion and application.At present,the microseismic monitoring equipment of abroad,also requires staff derived from detection system after analyzing the data,analysis the data of monitor to clean the internal damage degree of rock mass and velocity, more complex,and it takes long time,can’t timely warning.The purpose of this research is to reduce the number of site construction personnel work load,timely collect and analyze data and make the system more intelligent.Through investigation and research of relevant microseismic monitoring project,get a lot of seismic signal data of mine rock burst,and acoustic emission signal sorting data contrast and analysis,it is concluded that the characteristics of the seismic signal.Through the actual situation and analyses the data with the actual condition of rock mass in mines,according to the principle of acoustic emission detection,proposed a nondestructive testing scheme of seismic signal,and design the system of signal acquisition circuit. First choose the models for ULT2020 piezoelectric acceleration sensor, designed a gain adjustable preamplifier.And then by the microseismic signal pass band range combined with active band pass filter design a two type elliptic function band pass filter of principle of a pass band range of 100Hz-2500Hz and pass band gain is 100,to improve the accuracy of the effective signal picked up,by the results of circuit simulation and tolerance analysis can filter meets the design requirements of system required. When using the actual circuit board test, mainly element layout is unreasonable, the wave effect is not ideal.Finally through the card EM9636B/BD,the bus type for USB and Ethernet collecting and counting the data of signal,especially analyzes the micro seismic monitoring of microseismic events number relation with internal damage of rock mass,thus put forward a kind of intelligent early warning scheme namely color levels.
