In recent years, with the rapid development of the domestic economy, nitrogen oxide (NOX) emissions increased rapidly, which causied serious pollution to the environment. Nitrogen oxide pollution become an obstacle to social and economic development. NOx emissions from power plants is large and relatively concentrated, easy to control than other distributed sources. It became a national prime target for NOX emissions control.so thermal power enterprises must complete the good work of nitrogen oxide emissions in the "Twelfth Five-Year" period.Based on the characteristics and advantages of acoustic technology from my research group, this Article focuses on NOx reduction from coal-fired boilers aspects, on the one hand, it combined furnace acoustic thermometry with SNCR DeNOx systems, selected the instance to simulate using fluent software, take appropriate acoustic temperature measuring device arranged to determine the optimal temperature window,then design SNCR ammonia injection for SNCR optimization providing a practical solution; on the other hand, it build coal combustion bench, discusse the theoretical and do experiments to study the impacts of combustion phenomena of acoustic and acoustic reduce NOx. the research focused on exploring different sonic frequency and the sound pressure level on NOx generation, the results reflect the coal combustion and NOX formation changes under sound field. The experimental results can play a reference role for verifying the theory, and play a guiding role to the actual combustion.
