NH3 Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) technology is the removal of nitrogen and one of the most effective ways NOx fixed and mobile sources, and is home to the most widely used power plant flue gas denitrification technology, vanadium and titanium tungsten (V-Ti-W) as the most commonly used catalyst SCR catalyst with high efficiency, selectivity, stable and reliable; Comparative previously existing precious metal catalyst, oxide catalysts and zeolite catalysts, Cu/SAPO-34 molecular sieve is currently very promising a new SCR catalyst with good selectivity. This paper studies the tungsten and Cu/SAPO-34 preparation conditions affect the catalytic properties and the physical structure of vanadium and titanium SAPO-34, also studied the mechanism of SCR denitration reaction.By varying the content of this paper are of vanadium and tungsten, using the same impregnation prepared vanadium and titanium tungsten catalyst. By XRD, SEM and other research methods and vanadium, tungsten content influence the crystal structure of the catalyst, while the catalyst evaluation apparatus investigated by changing the catalytic activity of the prepared catalysts. Experiments show results: When the vanadium content was 1.5%, tungsten content of 3.5%, vanadium catalyst, the temperature active window reaches 100-500℃.This paper was prepared by changing the crystallization time different SAPO-34 samples prepared by selective ion exchange temperature exchange used copper, copper and copper concentrations of different Cu/SAPO-34 catalyst samples. To determine changes in the morphology of the catalyst by SEM, XRD, XPS and other characterization methods, through the catalyst, the catalyst evaluation apparatus to select the best catalytic activity. Experiments show results:crystallization time of 72h, the concentration of copper acetate catalyst at 80℃ O.Olmol resulting ion exchange best active window temperature reaches 100-550℃.
