End ore caving mining method is applied widely, but the highlight drawback is that ore losses and dilution rates are too large. How to reduce the loss and dilution to a large degree has been a focus in the study of mining industry, previous studies putting so much emphasis on the ore drawing body shape, structure parameters and drawing management, but the problem of ore loss and dilution still not get settlement very well, due to the mixed waste rock, which is the direct reason of ore dilution. The paper uses the Anshan Iron and Steel Group Mineral Cooperation Gong chang ling Mineral Company as engineering background. According to the characteristics which ore dilution loss rates are large in Gong chang ling, it is necessary to study wasting rock movement regularity of side drawing.The ore mixed with wasting rock of side drawing is very complex, which come from three aspects such as the top、front and side,and it is formed respective forms the top、front and side small funnel in the ore drawing process, finally together into a large funnel.In order to obtain the mixed situation from the various aspects, the paper proposes the method of split that studies various small funnel of wasting rock independent formation, the parameters of stope structural have a great effect on formation, and the paper conducts experiments with different structural parameters of wasting rock formation law, the conclusions as follow:1、It proposes an experiment that study the formation of wasting rock funnel that based on the splitting method;2、Respectively for the large funnel ore and three small funnel split experiment, by contrast, the top, front, side of small funnel and big funnel are mixed with wasting rock, verifies that the wasting rock split into small funnel wasting rock experiment method of the funnel is reasonable.3、At present,the structure parameters of the stope caving mining method. The front wasting rock is arriving to ore mouth at first, following by side, the last is the top. The front accounts for the majority of wasting rock.4、As the part of stope structure parameters, caved ore interval directly affects the positive of wasting mixed rock, advance interval affects the side wasting mixed rock,and the sectional height affects the top and side wasting mixed rock.5、The big structure parameter method as the same as high block structure are helpful to delay the top mixed with wasting rock, and the big space can delay the wasting mixed rock. But due to the adjustment of caved ore interval is limited and the positive position is mixed with wasting rock in advance, and the breakdown of ore flow ahead of time, A lot of ore are gived out by the mixed ore-bearing way. So the effect of big structural parameters in the ore dilution loss is not optimal.
