3D laser scanning technology first appeared in the mid-1990 s, it is the opposite of a point measurement, it is a high-speed laser scanning surface of the target can get massive3 D point cloud data. Because of its measurement speed, active non-contact, real-time access to massive high-density, high-precision point cloud data, such as the advantages of widely used in various industries. Through the introduction of the three-dimensional paper laser scanning technology and its related theories, combined open pit slope displacement monitoring of specific projects, exploring the theories and methods of three-dimensional laser scanning technology in the field of open pit slope displacement monitoring applications.Paper describes in detail the theoretical basis of the relevant three-dimensional laser scanning technology and the introduction of cloud data processing method approach,focusing on the common scattered point cloud data de-noising algorithm- Laplace denoising algorithm and bilateral filtering algorithm and the use of the C ++ programming language and three-dimensional development kits Opengl programming point cloud data de-noising and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the two algorithms.Papers combined open pit slope of a three-dimensional laser scanning monitoring program for open pit slope displacement monitoring technology to monitor and analyze the deformation.Paper through the multi-phase scan point cloud data obtained is processed to build open pit slope monitoring different dates DEM model, again for a long time by matching with the DEM, DEM constructed to detect differences between different dates,determine the slope and the deformation zone the size of the shape variables, grasp the overall trend of moving from the macro slope.Dissertation on the methods used by the detailed analysis and feasibility studies, to determine the feasibility and reliability of the method of data, providing new ideas and methods for open pit slope surface displacement monitoring.
