The composition of high concentration organic wastewater is complicated, COD is higher, biochemistry is less, and contains poisonous and harmful material. The project selected four kinds of wastewater:acid wastewater and alkali wastewater, organic resin wastewater, emulsion as well as other surface wastewater as treatment object. The emission standard of project is the standard of water quality discharged into urban sewage. We designed a set of processing equipment system, and put into running in the project. We selected "first physicochemical +biochemical +second physicochemical" as treatment process of project. After four kinds of wastewater became integrated wastewater through different first physicochemical device. The integrated wastewater was processed by first physicochemical device into the biochemical system, through the AMBR+MBR process, into the second physicochemical equipment for processing, and the final water achieved emission standard. We analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the process, as well as the reasons of these results according of each stage actual operation data. The method was feasible to treat high concentration organic waste that the first was materialized pretreatment, after using biological treatment method, and it will ensure long-term stability standards. A-MBR technology start simply and quickly in the biological treatment stage. It will provide the favorable basis for engineering design.
