At present, most of the gas reservoir in China’s natural gas resources belong to different levels of water-drive gas reservoir. Sichuan Basin gas reservoirs are buried deeply, and the cracks is developed,most of the reservoirs exist edge and bottom water, gas reservoir product water at great probability, or even likely to cause gas reservoir flooded.The Carboniferous gas reservoir is the main reservoir of Chuandong gas field, which accounts for about30%of the total gas production,Edge water was very common in Carboniferous gas reservoir,After water invasion developed, it has brought great harm to increase flood control costs, not conducive to improving the ultimate recovery of gas reservoirs.Water control measures corresponding different types of reservoirs has been done,Some of flood control measures achieved good results.Therefore, in-depth analysis of the typical water characteristics of the carboniferous gas reservoir, sum up the successful experience of the water conservancy, to other in Chuandong gas reservoir water conservancy water has the very good guidance significance.In this paper, on the basis of the research of literature, from the static and dynamic characteristics of gas reservoir, typical gas reservoir water invasion mechanism is discussed in detail, the factors influencing water invasion.From the gas well production capacity, gas water production pressure difference, adjacent well water gas ratio and recovery degree index evaluation effect of water control measures, to sum up the experiences of typical water influx gas reservoir water conservancy and water conservancy next adjustment Suggestions.Study suggests four types of gas reservoir, the water invasion is mainly characterized by edge water tonguing type and fracture type water channeling water invasion characteristics, the fracture is the main channel of water, fracture water breakthrough type than edge water tongue into a greater influence on gas reservoir development. Proposed the local active edge water gas reservoir water drainage time sooner rather than later, poor reservoir winger department out of the well water control principles and methods of water control in appropriate early. Through the analysis of four typical carboniferous gas reservoir water conservancy effect, thought in addition to Longtou~Diaozhongba, the remaining three gas reservoir water conservancy work is work, on the domestic water gas reservoir development has a certain reference significance.
