The cyanides are important industrial materials and widely applied, but cyanides are virulent,trace cyanides can make people and animals dead.So industrial cyanide wastewater must be treated before discharging.The experiment studies the biological material,orange peel carbon,loading nano silver to remove the cyanides in the fluidized bed.The experiment extracts the silver from the smelting waste,heats and dissoves the smelting waste,then add sodium chloride into the supernatant to generate silver chloride. The experiment improves the method because of the characteristics of smelting waste. The experiment give the waste bath treatment with alkali before heating with nitrate. The amount of silver chloride after alkali treatment is larger than the anmount of silver chloride by heating with nitrate directly.The experiment fires the orange peel carbon in different temperatures. The orange peel carbon firing in 300℃’s removel rates is highest in the fluidized bed.The conclusion of Nitrogen adsorption test is that orange peel carbon is nonporous.The adsorption completes by the synergism of the adsorption of the ion surface and adsorption of the boids between the particles,the adsorption result is good Freundlich adsorption fitted expressions. is Q=1.3989C0.58868,The degree of fittiong is 0.9087.The adsorption of cyanide by the orange peel carbon fits the Lagrange pseudo-second adsorption order kinetic.The experiment prepares the nano silver by the principle of glucose reducting silver oxide successfully with the silver, loads the nano silver on the orange peel carbon, take cyanide removal experiment in the fluidized bed. The experiment studies the influence of the ventilatory capacity, pH, dosage and processing time on the cyanide removal rate, obtains the optimum condition:14L/min(ventilatory capacity),1.0g(dosage),150min(processing time),pH=8,25℃(temperature),the cyanide removal rate is above 95%。The orthogonal experiment results show that the processing time has the greatest impact on the cyanide removal rate, the ventilatory capacity has the minimal impact.The experiment recycles the orange peel carbon.Orange peel carbon can keep the great adsorption capacity after the regeneration...
