Papermaking wastewater reuse is of great significance, but in papermaking wastewater reuse recycled water quality non-compliance, the unstable supply of recycled water, recycling is expensive and other issues become important issues restricting papermaking wastewater reuse. In this paper, membrane processing technology as the core, to explore the technical processing mills outside the drainage reuse feasibility and economy, to provide a new paper mill back to the road with an external drainage.First, membrane technology as a fundamental, designed and assembled a small wastewater reuse workstations, workstation segment by filtering multi-media, precision filter processing segment, ultrafiltration segment filtering, reverse osmosis filtration treatment segments, multi-media filter segment can remove suspended solids in water, chlorine and some COD; precision filter can filter out the multi-media filter failed to remove suspended particles larger than 5μm; ultrafiltration membrane filtration accuracy 0.02-0.2μm, can filter out polysaccharides, proteins, viruses, etc.; reverse osmosis water filtration segment can remove ions, so that the water can satisfy recycling requirements of the paper mill.Secondly, use tap water formulated with drugs to model paper mill outside drainage and processing by the workstation. Explore workstations the stability of working continuously,the treatment effect of wastewater conductivity, the treatment effect of COD and the best operating conditions of the workstation. After the test results:(1) workstation running stable, continuous working 24 h it out of water, water quality are in line with the requirements of the water mill, but after 24 h need physical cleaning of equipment.(2) workstation wastewater ion removal rate above 96%, and relatively stable, no significant fluctuations.(3) Simulation mills outside drainage index, respectively, with COD was 212 mg / L, 236 mg / L, 224 mg / L of wastewater through the workstation, detecting the COD removal efficiency reached 94.33%, 96.61%, 96.42%.(4) the temperature and pressure reverse osmosis membrane is the main parameters affecting the workstation running through experimental determination of the optimum operating temperature for workstations 22-25 ℃, reverse osmosis membranes optimum working pressure 0.65 MPa.Finally, the cost of the the workstation wastewater treatment plant uses to make a budget. After calculation, the cost of the plant using the workstation per ton of water is about 3.58 yuan, and the cost of per ton of water is lowered with the expansion of the scale.
