Research And Application Of Zirconium Film In Continuous Coating Production

Pre-treatment as important process in painting production that is directly decided the effect of painting. Traditional coating pretreatment using chromate and phosphate. Chromium and nickel is carcinogens and countries also have clear rules for the two kinds of heavy metal. So all sorts of new pre-treatment technology was born, which is the most promising process for the zirconium instead of chromate and phosphate technology.This paper mainly studies zirconium solution in the application of Q195 cold rolled steel. First study degreasing agent to manufacture oil removal and ash removal effect and research degreasing parameters. Then through electrochemical workstation and ac impedance technology in polarization curve method for pretreatment of Q195 cold rolled steel corrosion test and research zirconium parameters. Combining with the salt fog test and to explore the best film forming parameters. Results show that when the concentration of degreasing agent is 3%, the surfactant concentration is 1.5 ‰, degreasing time is 3 min, skim temperature of 45 ℃ have a good degreasing effect. When zirconium solution pH 4.6, the processing time is 3 min the film layer has the best corrosion resistance.
