Capillary Electrophoresis(CE) is an electrokinetic separation methods performed in sub millimeter capillaries and in micro-and nanofluidic channels. As a firmly accepted analytical technique suitable for the separation and analysis of complex mixtures, CE has been widely used in various fields such as medicine, food hygiene and environmental analysis. The widely used stilbenes, including diethylstilbestrol(DES), hexestrol(HEX) and dienoestrol(DE), can transfer into the human body through the food chain and harm the human health. So far, the seperate detection for one of the stilbenes has been achieved, while the simultaneous detection of DES, HEX and DE is still of great significance to research. In this paper, the proposed Capillary Electrophoresis- Amperometric detection(CE-AD) technology is applied in stilbene hormones and related drugs and fish with the new buffer system. The performance of CE-AD is evaluated quantitatively for the separation and detection of three estrogen phenol hormone. The rest of the paper is organized as follows: Chapter 1: IntroductionIn this section, overview of the capillary electrophoresis, the hot topic of the recent capillary technique researches and the estrogen for detection are generally introduced.Chapter 2: The simultaneous separation of stilbenes using MEKC-AD technology with β-cyclodextrin as an additiveThis paper established a MEKC-AD with β-cyclodextrin as an additive for simultaneous determination of three kinds of stilbenes: DES, HEX and DE. A new buffer system of MEKC-AD successfully realized the classification of the sample using β-cyclodextrin and SDS micelles in acid condition. Meantime, the experimental conditions(buffer concentration, separation voltage, detection potential, and the injection mode) were optimized. The result shows that, the DE, HEX and DES express a good linear in the range of 4×10-5-5×10-4 mol/L,1×10-5-5×10-4 mol/L ' 1×10-5-5×10-4 mol/L,the correlation efficients(r2) are separately 0.9819、0.9939 and 0.9867 and the detection limit of the procedure reached the magnitude of 10-6 mol / L. The proposed method yielded results with good selectivity, fast analysis and good reproducibility when applied to the separation and analysis of the actual samples.Chapter 3: The determination of three kinds of animal organization estrogen phenol hormones based on the CZE-AD technologyThe method based on CZE-AD technology was developed for simultaneous determination of the residual three kinds of animal organization estrogen phenols hormones: DES, DE and HEX. The experimental parameters, such as the acidity and concentration of buffer systems, additives, separation voltage, detection potential and the injection time were studied for efficient and fast component separation. The result of the proposed method shows that, the target components showed good linearity in the 10-7-10-5 mol/L, the limit of detection(LOD) is low to 10-9-10-8 mol/L and the sensitivity is higher than previous literature when applied to actual samples.
