Iron concentrate as a mainstream product of iron ore industry in our country, its main component the grade of iron, sulfur and phosphorus content and water content index of test analysis is very important. Among them, the moisture content of iron ore products directly affect to the sales price of the iron product. At present, the test analysis of water content of the iron commonly used the laboratory weighing heating method to complete the test, but in iron concentrate trading and spot sales process, buyers and sellers are usually verbal commitment of the moisture content of iron ore. In order to ensure the iron concentrate trade fair and just, and the study of iron concentrate moisture real-time detecting instrument has very important practical significance and market value.This paper studies the iron concentrate moisture real time measurement, by AM2305 capacitive humidity sensor design information collection device as the core to realize the iron concentrate moisture real-time monitoring, moisture mechanism of capacitive humidity sensor is discussed, and based on the capacitive humidity sensor iron concentrate moisture fast measurement method. Design based on the above information collection device under the framework of iron concentrate moisture measurement system, completed the data collection device and measuring probe design, processing and assembly, is presented based on STC89C55 single-chip microcomputer capacitive iron concentrate moisture measurement system, and completed the single-chip microcomputer control system software programming and debugging. Based on this, the sample configuration, experimental data collection, analysis and calibration, establish a mathematical relationship between the iron concentrate moisture and humidity model, confirmed by AM2305 capacitive humidity sensor measure iron concentrate moisture content measurement method is feasible.Thesis research method is suitable for industrial and mining environment, such as iron ore processing and sales, design of iron concentrate moisture fast measurement system of low cost, easy operation, suitable for the on-line monitoring in the process of ore dressing or sales in the process of rapid real time measurement. Moisture measuring instrument wide variety, market potential for development is uneven. Development and implementation of iron concentrate moisture or online real-time detection system, the reduction of labor intensity, improve work efficiency, save human resources, to ensure trade fair and to realize the automatic production management has very important practical significance and broad application prospect in the market.
