Research On Online P Rinting Fabric Defect Detection System Based On LabVIEW

In the textile industry, the traditional artificial defect detection method is of low efficiency and high cost. Automatic defect detection technology will greatly improve the efficiency of production and increase market competitiveness. In this paper, machine vision is introduced into the online fabric defect detection, and elaborates on detecting principle and method, which has important significance for automatic detection.In this paper, firstly choose the right equipments according to the actual situation, construct the machine vision platform, and describe the principle of the system hardware and software components in detail. After completing the whole system debugging, analysis the problems in the process of defect detection and solve them one by one. Considering the actual fabric image width wider, using binocular cameras capture the fabric image, and rotation invariance phase correlation method is used to realize image splicing. After the fabric image stitching, focusing on identification of different types of defects on different fabrics, a defects detection method based on matrix singular value decomposition(SVD) was presented. In order to solve fabric defect image fracture problem in the longitudinal direction of image acquisition by line scan camera in the fabric defect detection system, this paper proposes a method of fracture defect identification and splicing by using corner-points, which has not been evaluated fully for defect splicing in fabrics.The innovation of this article lies in introducing machine vision to fabric defect detection and depends on the strong Lab VIEW graphical environment to realize human-machine interaction. This article analysis the problems of the defect detection and proposes the corresponding solution.
