With the gradual reduction in the world’s high-quality coal resources, the exploitation of increasingly higher costs, the world began to pay more attention to the reserves or the rich lignite resources development and utilization, but because of the high moisture content of lignite, high oxygen content, low heat, easy to weathering and spontaneous combustion, is not conducive to long-distance transport and other reasons, its scope of application subject to certain restrictions. Only by upgrading its processing, in order to expand the use of lignite to improve its economic value.Taking ShenHua Warburg mine lignite for the study, its dehydration and thermoforming, use molding process parameters, influence and prevent molding machine for forming a gas explosion gas explosion process machine pumping system to begin to explore Shenhua important issues Baorixile lignite quality industrial test equipment constraints existing in the running stability of the system of machine gas explosion, upgraded coal forming rate, coal dropping strength. Conclusions are as follows :Between the forming roll fabric uniformity, upgraded coal temperature,moisture, feed size distribution is the main cause of the gas explosion. Summary When the machine by running the loading pressure difference is greater than 30 Bar,gas explosion obviously, upgraded coal temperature control in 85 ~ 95 ℃, the water between 8 % to 10%, the gas explosion problem molding machine can be effectively controlled.Upgraded coal temperature, moisture, machine loading pressure upgraded coal forming rate is mainly due to the impact. By running summary of upgraded coal temperature control in 85 ~ 95 ℃, the water between 8% to 10 % loading pressure at17 Mpa, upgraded coal forming the best.Briquette drop streng factors are: upgraded coal temperature, moisture and particle size distribution, machine roll gap clearance and loading pressure, machine gas explosion problems.
