Since Brooks and Taylor discovered meso-phase in 1960 s,meso-phase has been paid much attention by researchers and companies worldwide due to its ascendant properties. As a sort of advanced carbon material derived from meso-phase, meso-carbon microbeads(MCMB) have been widely used in aviation, mechanical airtight, electricity spark process, metallurgy mould, and nucleus graphite and have been developed quickly in recent years.The preparation of MCMB materials must have: rich in aromatics, low metal content, carbon/hydrogen ratio higher characteristic. FCC diesel oil is generally produced by heavy oil catalytic system.This kind of oil have the general proportion of larger, uniform structure, sixteen cetane number is lower, more olefins, aromatics content, sulfur and nitrogen content higher than the straight run diesel.FCC recycle oil is rich in aromatic hydrocarbons, aromatic compounds, which content can reach 40%~55%, in some places even reached more than 70%. Both of them are rich in aromatic hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons and the restriction of the use of oil, although it can be saturated hydrogenation of aromatic hydrocarbons, improving oil quality,has the problem of high energy consumption of hydrogenation, harsh conditions. The research on diesel pyrocondensation polymerization, poly aromatics exploration process of catalytic diesel oil in preparation for the possibility of MCMB using pyrocondensation polymerization.This study is about the condensation reaction process of the prepared MCMB of FCC diesel oil, FCC recycle oil. The study also inspect the effects of temperature, pressure, the reaction time, mixing ratio and other factors on the condensation reaction of MCMB respectively and the observation of the ball case MCMB in different conditions by using Scanning electron microscope.Draw the following conclusions:(1)The reaction of FCC diesel preparation MCMB,reaction temperature,reaction time and pressure are the main influence factors of condensation reaction.The results showed that,rising the thermal polymerization temperature and prolonging the time of thermal polymerization reaction within the system are conducive to the production of forming aromatic molecules,condensation into the ball more often,improving productivity,increasing the sphere diameter, Also,it is found the action of temperature was more apparent.System pressure increased can enhance the mobility of system.Compared with the direct use of toluene to extract, milling product after centrifugal use of toluene to extract can reduce the extraction time,get better MCMB.(2)FCC diesel oil contains large amounts of aromatic hydrocarbons,better reactivity, faster reaction rate, can be used as raw material for preparing MCMB.Experiments prove that the FCC diesel oil can be successfully prepared a good sphericity,carbon microspheres spheres with smooth surface.But the FCC diesel oil is not suitable as the reaction materials alone.(3)We blending a certain amount of FCC recycle oil which can improve the performance of condensation reaction in FCC diesel.By adjusting the proportion between two oil can reduce the performance of cracking reaction rate,aromatic macromolecular more easily condensed into a ball,improving the yield of MCMB.(4)Through the orthogonal experiment method the effects of various factors on the condensation reaction were investigated,After adding a certain amount of FCC recycle oil feedstock for thermal polycondensation reaction rules are as follows:The temperature on the yield of MCMB has most significant effect,increasing reaction temperature can improve the reaction rate, yield of MCMB in unit time,with the increase of the diameter. Increased pressure can effectively reduce the light component of the overflow, the viscosity of the system increased the speed of slow reaction.(5)Study on the FCC diesel oil /recycle oil for the preparation of MCMB showed that. the effects of reaction temperature, pressure, time and material mixing ratio influence, under certain conditions(450 ℃, 3MPa, 9h, FCC diesel oil /recycle oil 8.5:1.5) can prepare good spherical shape, uniform particle size, high yield of intermediate phase MCMB.
