With the daily increased standards and requirements by the environmental protection depertment, emissions and treatment approach of the ethylene cracking furnace pollutant discharge start to cause people’s attention. And the coke which is treated as one typical pollutant of the ethylene cracking furnace created during the decoking condition naturally has been concerned and researched by the researcher and engineer.This paper research the real cracking furnace which has been used by the company. For the purpose of getting the information of how the decoking hole affect the distribution information of the hearth burning furnace. Through adjusting the parameters such as location, shape. Finally, through comparative analysis we get relatively better choice of burning gas entry form.CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamic), which takes the computer as the means of realizing media and terminal, through a combination of several mathematics methods and the use of physical principles, computer simulation, analysis of problems in fluid mechanics and gets the conclusion, which brings the guidance to the practical production. CFD technology has two characteristics of computer calculation, numerical simulation, it takes the basic physics theorem as the starting point and basis for all calculations and simulations, compared with the traditional experiment equipment, it has advantages in field of land, funds and the cycle. With the development of computer technology, CFD technology in actual production becomes more and more important and has been widely used in chemical industry, semiconductor design, aerospace, automotive design and many other engineering field. In the process of carrying out the simulation calculation, this article in view of the cracking furnace modeling approaches and application of innovative exploration, successfully using the international general modeling and analysis software:Pro/E, ANSYS to establish 1:1 model of cracking furnace radiant section. And after dividing grid with the module contained in ANSYS WORKBENCH platform, then define the boundary conditions with actual design data, at last obtain the simulation data with simulated calculation module.Through a lot of calculation and comparative analysis, and compared with the situation back hearth burnt existing at present, this paper finally get back hearth burnt inlet relative form of optimization, and the existing situation of burning gas inlet form compared to optimized effect on cracking furnace Neiguan key regional temperature and rate of all kinds of fields in the smaller, the research has achieved the anticipated target, which provides a reference for engineering design in the future.
