At present styrene-butadiene rubber and butadiene rubber, etc. are widely used on the market.They have abrasion resistance, ageing resistance, etc.But with the development of science and technology, people demand for rubber material diversity is growing.Because the existing rubber material isn’t satisfied with people’s requirement,we need a new structure of rubber which can adapt to specific environment and purpose. In order to develop a new type of rubber structure and study the effect of its molecular structure on the properties of rubber processing,this article through combining anionic polymerization with mercapto-ene click chemistry to make out a type of new rubber which side of the baseband has flexible long chain,which has important significance on theoretical research and practical application.The main contents are as follows:By BPO/dodecyl mercaptan/cyclohexane(/tetrahydrofuran) polyure thiol-ene click chemistry method,preparing polybutadiene rubber with long branches chain.By changing the reaction conditions such as temperature, molecular weight and solvent system, exploring the click reaction regularity of grafting. In cyclohexane/THF mixture solvent system,the graft reaction rate must higher than single cyclohexane solvent system,and more than 65%.When preparing the new structure of rubber by LPO/dodecyl mercaptan/cyclohexane system click on the thermal,compared with the initiator BPO system,speeding up the reaction rate,shorten reaction time to 4 h, grafting rate increase to more than 70%,solvent system is a single cyclohexane as solvent,and the solvent system is more simple single cyclohexane as solvent.Based on the performance testing of this new structure polybutadiene rubber with long branches chain,the results showed that:with the increase of grafting rate, the glass transition temperature, thermal stability and consistent polybutadiene rubber, obviously improve the wet resistance, rolling resistance increased.When the grafting rate was 4.1%, the rubber tensile strength and tear strength are higher than polybutadiene rubber. With grafting rate continued to improve, and mechanical performance.Based on the performance study of mercaptan graft copolymerization of styrene butadiene rubber,the results showed that:with improve grafting rate, the glass transition temperature reduced gradually;Grafting rate at about 3.1% can improve the mechanical properties of the rubber,carbon black reinforcing effect is good, with the grafting rate continued to improve, mechanical performance degradation;The new styrene-butadiene rubber wet resistance is increased significantly.
