Study On Assessment For Wastewater Treatment Plant Construction Project In The New Region Of Western Leling

Water environment protection has been a focal point and difficult point in today’s society. In the past, the work will focus on urban water environment, while ignoring the vast rural areas. Most towns and villages lack of discharge pipe network, sewage directly dump untreated, fester in rural area, seriously pollute the water environment around, restricting local economic and social development. With the rapid development of economy and society, the rural residents’ standard of living is rising, and the water quantity and quality requirements are advanced. Solve the problem of rural residents drinking water, water is not safe, to promote the construction of new socialist countryside is of great significance.This paper makes use of the Leling city sewage treatment plant as the research object, studies the assessment of environmental impact on construction projects. Environmental impact analysis mainly from the project general situation, project construction and project environmental impact evaluation of these three aspects to study.First of all, through the study of project evaluation related theory knowledge learning, laid the theoretical foundation of post project evaluation; Secondly, the new city sewage treatment plant construction projects, social environment development status and the basic situation of the sewage processing status in Shandong province are analyzed, and it is concluded that the background and significance of the construction of the project; Again, analyses the impact on the environment in the process of project construction, mainly from the environment running environment, environment during the construction and operation phase of the project has carried on the detailed analysis; Qualitative analysis after the final environmental impact on construction project, using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, quantitative analysis and evaluation of project, it is concluded that project in the construction of the extent of the environmental impact of solid waste, the biggest project environmental impact comprehensive evaluation result for the project construction process, has the certain environmental protection measures, should continue to strengthen the supervision of environmental protection. Through analysis and evaluation, the Leling western new city sewage treatment plant construction projects has obvious feasibility and effectiveness, not only conducive to Leling area sustainable development, at the same time for water environment protection in Shandong district to provide important reference value.
