Research On The Environmental Management Of Bohai Based On Compound Ecosystem

For the Bohai Sea environmental management system based on compound ecosystem, the article describes the five aspects, namely, an overview of the theory of compound ecosystem management,Bohai environmental management laws and regulations and policy analysis,status of marine environmental management and problems,the feasibility of ecosystem management theory in the Bohai Sea environmental management,Bohai environmental management path based on compound ecosystem.In the elaboration of compound ecosystem management theory,the article first introduces the basic concepts of ecosystems and compound ecosystem;the second section describes the meaning of compound ecosystem management;finally, by comparing and traditional management methods, compared the management of compound ecosystems and ecosystem management, and on this basis, it points out the features of compound ecosystem management.After the presentation of compound ecological systems management theory,the article first analyzes of environmental law and policy related to the Bohai Sea since. The environmental management of the Bohai Sea is divided into four stages:infancy management, traditional management stage, integrated management phase and ecosystem-based management stage. This article compares the Bohai environmental management policies in different periods, summarized the status quo of China’s Bohai Sea environmental management.After analysis, China’s Bohai Sea environmental management have the following questions:backward management philosophy,split management system, the lack of cooperation between the departments. These problems led to inefficient management of China’s Bohai Sea environment, water quality has not been a fundamental improvement in the Bohai Sea, the Bohai Sea environmental management concepts need to be updated.Complex ecosystem ecology theory is one of the more mature theory. Ecosystem management theory can be well applied to the Bohai Sea environmental management, in terms of theory, practice, or institutionally.This article analyzes the current situation of Bohai management, problem management, complex ecosystem theory applicability Bohai environmental management.
