Optimization for industrial process is a method that can improve the utilization rate of equipment and increase the production and efficiency by changing the operating conditions without changing equipments. In general there are two ways for the optimization:the mathematical modeling method and online search method which can be difficult in modeling and very weak on anti-interference.First, research on the basic principle and the recursive process correlation integration method are given in this article. Also, a new kind of penalty function method is given to take constraints of the input and output into consideration and it will help fulfill the idea of optimization of the industrial process. It’s Astringency and feasibility are also proved and lay the foundation for the industrial use of optimization.Secondly, the correlation integration method with constraints is applied into the acetylene hydrogenation reactor. The basic theory and reaction process of the acetylene hydrogenation reactor are given in this paper. Also the common ways of optimization for acetylene hydrogenation reactor are also given. Most importantly, the correlation integration method with constraints is used to optimize the acetylene hydrogenation reactor in an olefin Plant in Sinopec and solve the over hydrogenation problem and develop the quality of the products. Finally, The influence of noise and colored noise for the correlation integration method is studied in the paper. The strong anti interference ability of correlation integration method is presented. To optimize the system with the colored noise, Kernel Principle Component Analysis is given and the simulation results show its feasibility for optimization.
