The character of aggregate-induced emission enhancement powered with tetraphenylethylene(TPE)is a small molecular, it’s nonemissive in dilute solvents and enhance emission in poor solvents or films. Based on the properties, the paper will introduce it into conjugated polymers(CPs)to formation the segments of fluore-cabazole-fluore-TPE. As a result, this CPs has the properties’ aggregate-induced emission enhancement, too. Rely on this, making the main chain of Cps to be as luminophor, another side-chain with the capabilities of coordination ions to be as receptor, combine two functional groups of them can realize ions detection. Firstly, three gradients were to be reaction as Suzuki coupling, synthesis the ratio between fluore-cabazole and fluore-TPE segments is up to 1:lin the main chain of Cps. Then, followed by de-protecting of silicon is to product the alkyne on the end of side-chains in Cps. Consider of the end-alkyne, it can react with azodo-type’s chemicals with so called for Click reaction economicly and efficiencily. Thus, introduced 3-azido-3-deoxythymidine into P2 is to give thymine groups-contained in the side-chains of Cps(P3). Thymine can specific banding with Hg2+, it can formation T-Hg-T complex, so P3 was investigate to optical response with Hg2+in THF/water mixtures(THF/water=7:3). The results display P3 can be made as "turn on" probes to distinguish Hg2+in good selectivity, sensitivity and anti-interference, the detection limits were to be found with-15.6 nM.Secondly, P2 is reacted with diphenylphosphoryl azide to yield trizole-diphenylphosphoryl on side-chains of Cps by Click reaction(P4). Diphenylphosphoryl-contain atoms of -N and -O, it’s the key role in ion detections; therefore, introduce it into Cps to be as probes for ion detections. The results implied P4 can distinguish Ag+with good selectivity, sensitivity and anti-interference, it’s work in "turn off" model, and the detection limits were to be found with-11 nM.Lastly, P2 and trimethylsilylazide are reacted to form 1,2,3-trizolering on side-chains in Cps(P5)by Click reaction.1,2,3-trizolering has abilities of coordinating with metal ions, where it would be added to Cps to investigate ions optical response. The results show the 1,2,3-trizolering contained in Cps(P5)can be worked as the model of "ratiometric" to detect Ag+ with high selectivity, sensitivity, quickly and anti-interference, the detection limit is~1.4μM.
