Temperature change process has the characteristics of nonlinear, large inertia and parameter uncertainty,it is a complex process. Due to time-varying and hysteresis processes with complex dynamic characteristics, traditional control methods can not achieve the desired control effect, the combination of intelligent control algorithm with the traditional PID provides an effective control strategy for the temperature control of such complex systems. Based on this idea, the paper study and system design about temperature control problems in sleeve or flash sterilization sterilization of tomato paste production line process, and achieved satisfactory results.Aiming at casing sterilization temperature control problems in the ketchup sterilization process, designed casing sterilization temperature control system based on Fuzzy-PID controller, combine fuzzy control strategy and PID to make up the shortcomings that system stability and rapidity can not be reconciled.Developed fuzzy control module use SCL language in STEP7 software.Used MATLAB software simulation confirmed the effectiveness and superiority of the controller;papers used the simulation system in laboratory apparatus construction, commissioning, operation,received very good results. Paper gives a detailed design of PLC control system step by way of the use of upper and lower computer software Kingview real-time monitoring system.Aimed at flash sterilization temperature control problem,combined with the the process parameters of the production site analysis to determine the changes in the scope of the sterilization process pump speed and level and other important parameters, and then put ideal ketchup sterilization temperature and insulation time, so that the control process can be optimized.
