Study And Practice On Method Of Environmental Impact Post-assessment For Hazardous Waste Landfill

In recent years, as the terminal processing facility of hazardous waste, hazardous waste landfills have been successively built in China. Since its operation process has certain impact on surrounding environment, the evaluation on the environmental impact of hazardous waste landfill is being increasingly focused. However, since relevant work starts late, there is lack of systematic evaluation method and evaluation system and other theories. Therefore, it is necessary to study the relevant content and carry out practice and testing by combining specific cases. This study demonstrates the progress of evaluation on the foreign and domestic environmental impacts, screens out the environmental influence factors of hazardous waste landfill, initially establishes the evaluation index system of environmental impact of hazardous waste landfill and establishes the evaluation mathematical model of environmental impact of hazardous waste landfill. By taking Suzhou hazardous waste landfill as the study case to initially evaluate the environmental impact of this project as well as verifying the effectiveness of evaluation results, this paper finally makes the following conclusions:(1) The level of impact of Suzhou hazardous waste landfill on the surrounding environment is general; the positive effect is greater than the adverse effect.(2) Compared with the conclusions in evaluation report on the original environmental impact of this project, the evaluation results of environmental impact are in line with relevant descriptions; few non-conformance terms have been solved in the operation process of this project.(3) The environmental protection measures of this project are complete, which can meet the environmental requirements and needs of enterprise development during project operation.(4) For some environmental risk issues found during project operation, this paper proposes evadable measures in order to reduce the possibility of occurrence of environmental pollution accident and timely take emergency measures when an accident occurs.The practice of Environmental Impact Post-Assessment of the hazardous waste landfill is generally successful, which is of reference for other follow-up evaluations on the environmental impact of hazardous waste landfill.
