Permeability of coal seam gas flow theory is an important research content, the degree of gas seepage is reflected by the permeability of coal containing gas in the coal seam gas of the important indicators, which is marked degree of extraction from coal seam gas drainage, the key parameters of region of coal bed gas is an important physical parameters field coupling. Scholars at home and abroad on the basis of the theory of absorption and the development of a variety of disciplines, through a lot of theoretical analysis and experimental verification, based on theory of gas flow,many valuable results were obtained in the research.Based on the basis of previous theoretical and experimental results, the master thesis is analysis in the summary, by taking YiAn soft coal mine 11061 working face of coal sample, with the help of using phenolic resin raw coal packages to study its permeability characteristics. Through constructing uniaxial lump coal permeability experiment platform, the lump coal permeability characteristics of solid and gas coupling experiment research, aims to explore the coupling under the action of gas flow and gas solid and gas coupling characteristics of coal and rock, for coal and gas outburst mechanism and provide theoretical basis for coal seam gas drainage method. In the aspect of theory analysis and optimization of righteousness mine 11061 face gas drainage method, the fluent software is used for numerical simulation of the parameters, theoretical analysis is verified in this paper, the main work is as follows:1) In view of the raw coal is easy to broke and not easy processed into conform to the specifications of the specimen, in the related experiments, by using phenolic resin under the room temperature mechanical properties of stable and phenolic resin transparency high characteristics after solidification, this experiment using phenolic resin to coal sample packages, the stress of the coal seam permeability in the breathable coupling experiments by using nitrogen as medium, structures, experimental platform,2) Using vertical joint surface loading stress of coal samples, measured coal samples under the conditions of different stress size and inlet pressure ventilation quantity. Through calculation and analysis available:permeability test of coal sample with vertical cracks on the surface of the joint axis and decreases the pressure of coal; With the increase of gas pressure and reduce and permeability decrease speed slow.3) Based on phenolic resin method significantly improves the original laboratory measurement of defects existing in the coal seam, measured in the lab according to the method of coal seam permeability coefficient of 54%, higher than the actual measuring results only is measured to compare the results of the original laboratory method, the numerical accuracy was improved obviously.4) Raw coal mine adopted in the experiment that belongs to the gas sample points mine, which adopt method of combining the theoretical analysis and calculation and numerical simulation.11061 fully mechanized coal face gas drainage parameters are optimized. Through the gas drainage borehole spacing, extraction time and extraction parameters such as depth of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, get the optimized parameters of gas drainage. Gas drainage parameters optimization, improve the efficiency of gas drainage, return air gas concentration had significantly lower. ensure the working face safe and efficient production. Which provide YiAn coal mine comprehensive gas drainage is a scientific and quantitative reference.
