With the rapid development of social economy, the pollution load of Dianchi Lake Basin is increased. The whole lake has suffered serious eutrophication. The watershed ecosystem is destruction. With the Strengthening the Governance of Dianchi, the watershed point source pollution has been controlled and non-point source pollution is becoming the main source of water pollution. The creation and diffusion mechanism of non-point source pollution has great significance to research. At present, the majority of non-point source pollution simulation is based on historical data analysis the creation and diffusion mechanism of pollution, and the real-time data was less used. It is better to analysis the process of temporal and spatial change of non-point source pollution with used the real-time data of water quality.Based on the research of non-point source pollution progress, analysis the characteristic of non-point source pollution temporal data in Dianchi Lake Basin, divide into are dynamic data and static data, designing the spatial and temporal data object model. It is established the space-time database of non-point source pollution based on MongoDB, and access to real-time monitoring of water quality data(temperature, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, chlorophyll a, PH value, etc.), and provides data services for non-point source pollution Process simulation platform.We analyze the non-point source pollution in Dianchi Lake Basin data, design the space-time object model, and established the space-time database of non-point source pollution based on MongoDB. It access Real-time monitoring of water quality data, provide real-time data for the simulation of non-point source pollution Basin.The article compare the current major non-point source pollution models and open source GIS software. It is discussed the integrated way of Non-point source pollution model and GIS. It is put forward the SWAT, SWMM model integrated with GIS application structure. Based on the space-time non-point source pollution database of Dianchi Lake Basin, use SWAT, SWMM model and GIS integration technology, established a platform of simulation the temporal process of non-point source pollution in Dianchi Lake Basin based on the DotSpatial. It is provide the GIS spatial analysis and the spatiotemporal expression of SWAT, SWMM model.Finally, It is simulates the Agricultural non-point source pollution of Dianchi Watershed in 2013 and the urban non-point source pollution generated during a rain in July 23, 2007 in Kunming Dongfeng Area used by the Platform. It is explained urban rainfall runoff process will produce more pollution. Application results show that the simulation platform has good usability. It is provided technical support for the government and non-point source pollution control decision makers.
