HTPB adhesive powder because of its excellent comprehensive performance and become insensitive explosive high-explosive representative. The insensitive effect is one of the best dosage of paraffin but require high, compatibility between HTPB glue with paraffin two bad, wax not evenly distributed in the system, affect the mechanical and processing properties of explosive limits the further increase of insensitive effect. Phase change materials in the environment temperature changes, along with the phase change process to absorb or release a large amount of heat, so it is a good energy storage materials. Paraffin is a kind of good performance of phase change materials, microcapsules, it can solve the paraffin in solid liquid phase change use inconvenience when faults. This paper was prepared by suspension polymerization with styrene- divinyl benzene copolymer as cystic wall, 50 ℃ of the paraffin wax melting point for capsule core microcapsule of phase change material, and add it in polyurethane elastomer system, the preparation of microcapsule containing phase change material of polyurethane elastomer composite material, and using microscope, Fourier transform infrared spectrometer, such as differential scanning calorimeter equipment for the preparation of microcapsule of phase change materials and polyurethane elastomer were tested and characterized.Microcapsule of phase change materials was prepared by suspension polymerization with styrene(St) and divinylbenzene(DVB) copolymer as the thecal sac. Microcapsule has obvious concave surface, this is because the polymer during the process of polymerization and monomer and the density difference between crystal and the melt, the density difference between the to reserve expansion space is formed within the microcapsules. Microcapsule uniform particle size distribution. Capsule wall charge ratio of monomers, capsule core materials affected by the heat storage performance of microcapsule, monomer/sac sac wall core is best mass ratio of 1:1, the preparation of microcapsule capsule core content is higher and there is no serious adhesion phenomenon.In he preparation of polyurethane elastomer composite materials with 15%~42% of microcapsule content, phase change material microcapsule can be added directly into the polyurethane elastomer system. The experiment also compared the two kinds of polyurethane system effect on the properties of polyurethane elastomer, the results showed that using butyl hydroxy preparation of polyurethane elastomer polyurethane system its mechanical properties and heat resistance is superior to the preparation of polyurethane elastomer polyether system greatly.
