Photocatalytic technology with high efficiency, simple process, no secondary pollution and other advantages, has broad application prospects in the development of new energy and environmental pollution control and other aspects.Titanium dioxide is a well known non-toxic, high photocatalytic activity photocatalyst. But it also has its own shortcomings, itonly respond to ultraviolet light. Therefore modified titanium dioxide to improve its solar energy utilization.Suspended photocatalytic reactor with efficient performance, but the problem they face is the catalyst separation and recycling. So we want to look for new ways to separate and recycling the catalyst. In the thesis, novel co-doped Ti O2 which could respond to visible light were prepared, and the photocatalytic performance was studied. The main research work and achievements are as follow:(1)Ce-N-Ti02,N-Ti02,Ce-Ti02,Ti02 were prepared by sol-gel method.By XRD, SEM, UV-vis series characterize the catalytic properties of the photocatalyst. The optimum parameters were:①Calcination temperature was 400 ℃.②optimum doping amount of cerium was 0.6%(molar ratio), nitrogen doping was 6%(molar ratio).③The best ultrasound time was 30 min.④The best Inputs of catalyst was 0.2g/L.⑤The best initial concentration of Reactive Brilliant was 20 mg / L.(2)Using photocatalytic oxidation of inorganic ceramic membrane coupling system to Liquid-solid separation degradation solution maked the catalyst separation and reused. The main content:①When operating pressure was(0.2-0.6MPa),the water flux of Photocatalytic oxidation of inorganic ceramic membrane coupling system exhibits a linear increase with the increase in operating pressure. ②When the operating pressure(0.2-0.6MPa) increased, the flux of coupling system increases, but with the time gone on,flux reduced under the same operating pressure.③ The best blowback pressure was 0.8MPa.④The best blowback time was 5s.⑤The best blowback cycle was 10 min.⑥The catalyst was separated and recovered after 4 times, the recoveries up to 99.1%, and the photocatalytic activity was little difference.
