| In this work, x Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3–(1–x)Pb(Zr0.4Ti0.6)O3 and x Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3–0.05Pb(Fe1/2Nb1/2)O3–(0.95-x)Pb(Zr0.4Ti0.6)O3 piezoelectric ceramics were fabricated by traditional solid-state reaction method, respectively. The microstructures and electrical performances of the ceramics influenced by Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3 content were investigated respectively and the most appropriate composition of these two kind ceramics were determined by the test results. Then, the 0.3Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3–0.05Pb(Fe1/2Nb1/2)O3–0.65Pb(Zr0.4Ti0.6)O3 piezoelectric ceramics were used to fabricate the macro ceramic fiber composite actuator by cutting and filling process. At last, the most appropriate composition of piezoelectric ceramic and epoxy resin in the actuator and the best poling temperature of the actuator were defined by the actuator performance test results.Firstly, among the x Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3–(1–x)Pb(Zr0.4Ti0.6)O3 piezoelectric ceramics, the composition of 0.38Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3–0.62Pb(Zr0.4Ti0.6)O3 piezoelectric ceramics have the best microstructures and electrical performances. Becaust this composition located near the morphotropic phase boundary(MPB) and its performance parameters were: Pr = 37.18 μC/cm2, Ec = 7.98 k V/cm, Tc = 230 ℃, em = 23267, d33 = 661 p C/N, kp = 63.5%.Secondly, after added by 5 mol% Pb(Fe1/2Nb1/2)O3, among the x Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3–0.05Pb(Fe1/2Nb1/2)O3–(0.95-x)Pb(Zr0.4Ti0.6)O3 piezoelectric ceramics, the composition of 0.3x Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3–0.05Pb(Fe1/2Nb1/2)O3–0.65Pb(Zr0.4Ti0.6)O3 piezoelectric ceramics have the best microstructures and electrical performances. Due to its composition located near the morphotropic phase boundary(MPB) and its performance parameters were: Pr = 33.19 μC/cm2, Ec = 10.03 k V/cm, Tc = 263 ℃, em = 28208, d33 = 682 p C/N, kp = 69.01%.Finally, among the macro ceramic fiber composite actuators which have different composition of piezoelectric ceramic and epoxy resin, fabricated by cutting and filling process, when the composition of piezoelectric ceramic and epoxy resin is 0.4:0.3, it has the best comprehensive performances and its performance parameters were: Pr = 13.67 μC/cm2, Ec = 15.07 k V/cm, the largest longitudinal strain and transverse strain were 148 με and 76 με under the ±800 V, 1 Hz AC voltage. Meanwhile, the actuator which were polarized by different temperature were tested and the test results show that when the actuator polarized under 120 ℃, it can get the best comprehensive performances were: the largest longitudinal strain and transverse strain were 148 με and 76 με under the ±800 V, 1 Hz AC voltage. |
