The Study And Exploitation Of The New-type Office Chair Based On The Theory Of Ergonomics

The majority of white-collar workers in the world need to keep sitting for a long time when they are working, so they suffer from disease about muscle and skeleton easily. The use of new-type office chair which conforms to ergonomics can effectively reduce the morbidity of occupational disease. By researching of the market and analyzing the domestic and foreign examples of the office chair, combining with the knowledge of ergonomics, material science, anatomy and color psychology, I designed an office chair catering to the physiological and psychological needs of the poeple. The office chair is mainly composed of linkage of seating and backing, mechanism of leg plate, mechanism of headrest and mechanism of handrail. The height of the seating surface can be adjusted. The angle of the backrest, the leg plate and the headrest can be regulated. The design of the office chair cleverly adopts the linkage mechanism. When the angle of the backrest changes, the angle of the leg plate and the headrest varies correspondingly. The included angle of the backrest and the seating surface varies from 90o to 135 o.While the height, length and angle of the right handrail are all adjustable. This new-type office chair can be adjusted, meeting the demands of work and rest. The person sitting in it can constantly change posture, so they will not feel that tired. The working efficiency is improved. The design of the office chair reflects the concept of people-oriented. It satisfies the needs of the office staff.The innovation of the design is mainly showed in the following aspects:1. Meeting the requirements of ergonomics, the backrest, the leg plate and the headrest can be a reasonable linkage.So it is easy to operate.2.The height,length and angle of the right handrail can be adjusted independently.The right handrail is equipped with a retractable mouse board of multi-function.The person in the chair can operate the wireless mouse with a relaxed right arm.The mouse board can be used to place the cup when turning it over.3.
