As temperatures rise and the intensification of agricultural non-point source pollution, eutrophication are increasingly serious in China, which was seriously affected the balance of aquatic ecosystems and drinking water safety, has become the current water environment issues need to be resolved. Although there are various ways to control eutrophication, but these methods are mainly for the southern waters, especially both of these methods, that make use of algicidal bacteria and allelochemicals which aquatic plants release for the prevention and treatment of eutrophic water aquatic plant, are widely used, and the northern low temperatures, long period, is not conducive to the growth of aquatic plants, thereby reducing their prevention northern eutrophication effects. Therefore, we will study the various factors for the climate characteristics of the north, to explore the effect can be enhanced phytoremediation technology in the short term, to strengthen the effect of aquatic plant and algicidal bacteria governance eutrophication of the north, and to improve the northern eutrophication control effect.This study domestication cultivation, obtain a strain JM1 which both dissolved phosphorus and algicidal effect, separated from eutrophic water in the cold zone. It is determined to 98% homology with the strain of Pseudomonas aeruginosa through VITEK2 identification and constructed the phylogenetic tree, Gram-negative, it was identified as Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Then according to the algicidal and dissolved phosphorus characteristics of this strain, we had a lot of experiments to explore the potential and value of the strain in the governance of eutrophication.Through subsequent lot algicidal experimental results can be found that we can get lots of pyocyanine productionand maximum algicidal effect when strain JM1 cultures in the glucose peptone medium, the content of chlorophyll a is 0.8299 mg/L after alginolyticus; strain JM1 has both direct and indirect algicidal way, but mainly indirectly way, the algicidal bacteria can promote the fermentation broth of algicidal effect,when its density is greater than 105 CFU/m L; the fermentation broth of strain JM1 algicidal best in neutral and alkaline conditions; algicidal effect of the fermentation broth with the decrease of the initial density of algal cells was enhanced, along with the increase of the added amount was enhanced; the action time of fermented liquid and algal cells reach 6 h algal cells when significantly inhibited and significantly affect its ability to recover algal cells, duration for 18 h, algal cells completely lost the ability to recover; the algicidal substances resistant to acid and alkali, and high temperature resistant; it showed that strain JM1 can adhere to the aquatic plants, through the actual simulation studies, it was also found the nutrients, microorganisms and so on in the actual simulation have influence on the actual algicidal effect of strain JM1. Therefore it should consider in the interference factors, such as p H, nutrients and microorganisms in practical applications.Though research phosphate solubilization characteristics of strain JM1,we found strain JM1 can dissolve aluminum phosphate and tricalcium phosphate, but tricalcium phosphate dissolved better, and 2.5 times more than in the culture medium containing aluminum phosphate; strain JM1 dissolves phosphorus best when it uses glucose as the carbon source, sodium nitrate as the nitrogen source, the concentration of phosphate in the culture medium is 247.153 mg/L; its soluble phosphorus ability is also different while the different contents of the carbon and nitrogen, and is best effect of dissolved phosphorus when C/N for 35:1; p H buffer can significantly reduce the effect of dissolved phosphorus of the strain during training, its optimal range of dissolved phosphorus p H is 7-9, and it can reduce its capacity of dissolving phosphorus through increasing the concentration of Fe2+, Mg2+, Mn2+ in the inorganic phosphorus medium.Comprehensive analysis, in view of the characteristics of lysing-algal and dissolved phosphorus, and algicidal actual simulation experiment results, we can see strain JM1 has the very good application potential.
