Vulcanizing Machine feeding robot is a type of special mechanical equipment designed for non-pneumatic tires industrial production. Due to the harsh industrial environment, over-many actions of feeding operations for Vulcanizing Machine as well as high requirements of stability of control systems in terms of their automated production, the design of control systems for Vulcanizing Machine plays an especially important role in the process. Industrial computer is designed in order to adapt to industrial environment of industrial PC control device, which is specifically designed to adapt to the new industrial environment with high reliability, versatility, simple operation, small size, long life.This paper focuses on investigating the design of Vulcanizing Machine feeding robot control systems and conducting on-site commissioning in terms of an analysis of the existing basic structure and working principle of robot and the actual situation of non-pneumatic tires production line site as well as technological requirements. Control system design includes electrical control system design and industrial computer control system design. Electrical control system design can be devided into three parts. Firstly, the needs analysis of robot control system is completed. Then the overall system design and modular design are performed respectively and finally for each module the design of the electrical schematic diagram and part of technological flow chart would be carried out. Industrial computer control system involves the selection of hardware modules and programming of software. After completion of the system design, the whole system is debugged. System debugging includes connection debugging and loading test.The tested completed robot system has been delivered to the factory, but due to the robot and vulcanizing machine, robot and conveyor belt also have some communication problems, now can only do some demonstration work. If the functional and performance of robot can be improved in the further, it will bring huge economic value for the factory.
