Now there is still a problem of combination of loss and impedance matching of microwave absorbing material. For absorbent polyaniline, it’s just a simple dielectric loss microwave absorbing material. This article first proposed organic magnets polyaniline, fundamentally changed the nature of polyaniline, which allowed both magnetic loss and impedance matching to the free space, largely enhanced its application in the field of microwave absorption. This topic incorporated D-CSA and dimers into the synthesis of polyaniline in order to achieve the synthesis of a dielectric loss magnetic of material loss, while composited with iron oxide and multi-walled carbon nanotube, formation of three layer cladding structure materials, the greatest improvement in the level of microwave absorption properties of the material.This article was prepared by solution polymerization of polyaniline organic magnets, and multi-walled carbon nanotubes and iron oxide compound, and its morphology(SEM image), microstructure(including infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction spectrum), magnetic and microwave absorption properties were studied.(1)The diameter of PANI with dimers and D-CSA is about 100 nm, which can also be seen that the fibers twisted in one direction according to the SEM spectrum. And crystallinity of M-PANI is higher than T-PANI, also spacing between the molecular chains of polyaniline is increased after adding dimer, so that its doping ratio improved again. Obtained by magnetic studied, the introduction of D-CSA makes polyaniline having magnetic properties, having 0.0031emu/g in saturation magnetization, and the dimer was added so that such magnetic enhancement, having 0.0045emu/g in saturation magnetization. Through the analysis of organic magnets microwave absorption capacity obtained, M-PANI-1 minimum reflection loss is-33 d B, bandwidth less than-10 d B is 5GHz; M-PANI-2 has a minimum reflection loss is-32 d B, bandwidth of less than-10 d B is 8GHz.(2)According to the SEM spectra of PANI/Fe3O4/MWCNTs, PANI/Fe3O4 and PANI/MWCNTs, from PANI/Fe3O4 it can be clearly seen of the granular iron oxide with interspersed therein the fibrous polyaniline, thin and long; PANI/MWCNTs fibers grow well and fully covered, no bare nanotubes, and can still be seen in the spiral structure of polyaniline composite surface; PANI/Fe3O4/MWCNTs also evident fibrous composite piled out of space network structure. By getting its IR and XRD spectroscopy, iron oxide is deposited on the carbon nanotubes successfully. Through its microwave absorptive capacity analysis obtained, reflection loss ternary complexes minimum reflection loss value-54.4d B, in a thickness of 0.9mm, and in all thicknesses, the reflection loss value is less than the majority of the band-10 d B.
