According to the situation of oil resources and environmental protection highly demanding, as a new environmental friendly preparation material for copper-based catalyst, Cu2(OH)2CO3 is widely used replacing Cu(NO3)2. The manufacture of traditional Cu2(OH)2CO3 has some problems such as complex process, long production cycle, ineffective washing and difficult wastewater treatment.The article introduces a new preparation process for industrial Cu2(OH)2CO3, which containing the process of synthesis, washing, filtration, drying, wastewater treatment, etc. In the synthesis step, by using Cu SO4 and Na2CO3 as reaction material 、applying spray technology and controlling the reaction conditions, the product would be more stable and the particles more uniform, which causing the product easily to dry and wash; in the filtration and washing step, through the operating parameters controlling of device speed, vacuum, feed fate and washing water, the previous horizontal vacuum belt filter only for continuous large-scale rough washing will be transformed into fine washing equipment with stably washing effect. A fully automated washing could be achieved by studying the correspondence between the washing implements and water conductivity, which could ensure washing quality while reducing labor intensity and save production costs by reusing the washwater. In the drying step, a flash dryer including drying and crushing function is chose. Through adjusting air volume and host speed, and controlling the mixing temperature of the furnace of control panel, the particle size and the dryness of product could be controlled, and Cu2(OH)2CO3 which be further dried can satisfy different customer needs; In order to satisfy the national discharge standards, macroporous ion exchange resin with acrylic weak acid would be used to absorb Cu2+ in the washwater. And the reuse rate of the product will be improved after the recovered copper backing into synthesis step for reusing.The new preparation process of Cu2(OH)2CO3 has been used in actual production, and the quality is in the lead of domestic, which being widely recognized by users.
