With the res ource deplet ion and the continuous ex pansion of copper smelting production capa city, market compet ition, the copper smelting industry profit level s continue to decline, for compl ex low grade copper concentrate resource s comprehensive utilization of selenium, t ell urium etc rare metals and gold, s ilver et c precious metals becomes important way to improve the economic benef its of the copper sm elt ing industry. On copper anode sli me traditional traditional pyr ometallurgical copper anode sli me process, wet process or roasting steaming selenium- wet process of the defects in t he process, through a small t est, ex panding test and industri al test, this topic research has developed a copper anode slime pres sure leaching technology and the extraction process of leachi ng l iquid of tellurium and selenium wi th st rong adaptability t o raw materials, scale economic benefi t, high level of comprehensive uti lizati on of tellurium and so on rare and prec ious metals.Using pressuriz ed extraction process, when the control pressure leaching process paramet ers for 130 ~ 150 g/L aci dity, t ime 5 ~ 8 h, liquid-solid ratio 5:1,temperature 160 ℃, pressure is 0.80 ~ 1.5 MPa, the leaching rate of each element Ni90 ~ 98%, respectively, Cu95 ~ 99%, Ag > 13%, Se > 30%, Te ~ 92%.Using the technological process of first hot aci d leaching out of nickel –two-st age process of oxygen pressure acid leaching of t he copper, when control hot acid leaching techn ology param ete rs as follows: the initial volume quality liquid-soli d ratio 6 ~ 7:1,initial concentration of sulfuric acid from 150 ~ 200 g/L, the temperature of 180 ~200 ℃, leaching time 2.5 ~ 3.5 h, the leaching rate of nickel is more than 98%;When control of oxyge n pressure acid leachi ng copper removal proce ss parameters:volum e quality liquid-solid ratio 6 ~ 7: 1, acid vol ume coefficient is 1.4 ~ 1.8,temperature 150 ~ 160 ℃, pressure leaching of 0.9 ~ 1.0 M Pa, the leaching t ime of 5 h, leaching slag containing ni ckel and copper is less than 1%.Copper powder using simple displ acement met hod process step by step, from the low concent ration of copper anode slime pressure leaching liquid separation in the silver, seleni um and tellurium, when control displacement reaction temperature 45 ℃or les s(low t emperat ure), 75 ℃ or less(temperature), and 95 ℃ or hi ghe r(high temperature), can be gi ven priority t o with silver sl ag of silver, res pectively is given priority to with selenium slag of selenium, and t ell urium slag containing silver and seleni um is low, it is advanta ge ous to the subsequent tellurium ex tracting and refining.P recipi tat ion of tellurium slag replacement tel lurium quality score as high as 36 ~43%, tel lurium replacement rate above 99%, and t ell urium recovery rate is high.When the copper anode mud press ure leaching liqui d of tellurium conce ntrat ion is low, the first adopts copper powder, replac ement Ag, S e, recrys tal lizat ion of copper,copper removal mot her liquor with copper powder replace ment tel lurium.Copper anode slime pressure leaching liquid using SO2 gas reduction, can m ore easil y separation of silver, and selenium, under the condition of without haloge n ions in the catalys t, can’t restore tel lurium, so as to realize the effective separation of silver,seleni um and tel lurium respect ivel y, and get telluri um high grade, low content of im purities of telluride copper s lag.
