The improvement of coal mine mechanization leads to the problem of the coal dust hazard,which not only pollutes the underground working environment, accelerates the wear of mechanical devices, and endangers the staff’s physical and mental health, but also causes such disasters as coal dust explosion. Therefore, it is of great significance for the coal mine safety production and the physical and the staff’s mental health to research the injection for decreasing the coal dust in the fully mechanized working face, it is also one of the most fundamental and effective means to reduce the coal dust.With the experimental study of the coal dust injection technology in the fully mechanized caving face of a coal mine, it aims to improve the working environment. Firstly, the related basic parameters are tested and calculated about the mine two 2 coal seam quality water in the laboratory. Then the coal seam water injection of nonlinear seepage is analyzed by artificial neural network, a coal seam affusion model identification of multivariable nonlinear system is established with three layers based on the diagonal recurrent neural network, and its nonlinear adaptive control system is analyzed based on the three layer feed forward neural network. Base on the laboratory test data and the theory of artificial neural network, the coal seam water injection mode, the key technology of water injection, electrical equipment, the coal seam water injection control system and PC are researched and designed. the control system uses PLC as subordinate computer to control the process of water injection and the PC as upper computer to record and set the parameters of water injection.The comprehensive report building technology and the communication between PC and PLC are mainly researched and designed. the automation control system is main developed based on LabVIEW and PLC. Finally, a reasonable coal seam water injection scheme is determined via the investigation and analysis effect of the water injection system. And comparing with the real data and the neural network forecasting results, a suitable project of the coal seam water injection technology is formed in this mine.
