Benzothiazole and derivatives thereof fused heterocyclic ring system as a member of a class of substances that have broad biological activity. In the agricultural context, with anti-fungal agricultural, insecticide, to kill nematodes, mites, Antiviral, weeding, plant growth regulators and other activities. Meanwhile benzothiazole compounds having low toxicity and high efficiency, the molecular design of these compounds, synthesis and biological activity is a very active area of new pesticide discovery.1,3,4-Oxadiazole/thiadiazole derivatives having various biological activities, such as: killing, sterilization, anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer. Foreign companies have developed a pesticide containing 1,3,4-many(bad) pesticide oxadiazole structure, such as herbicides oxadiazon, Fluthiacet esters. As these compounds have relatively unique biological activity, attracted wide interest of scholars and their in-depth research.In order to find novel compounds with higher bioactivity, low toxicity and residue,, a series of novel benzothiazole derivatives containing 1,3,4(evil) oxadiazole were designed and synthesized by introduction of 1,3,4(evil) oxadiazole group structure into benzothiazole, according to the principle of active splicing. The structures of the compounds were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, 13 C NMR and elemental analysis.All of these target compounds have been screened for their antiviral activities against TMV by half leaf spot method. The bioassay results showed that most of the compounds exhibited excellent antiviral activity and the inhibitory effect of compounds F3 and F5(inhibitory rate: 54.6%, 52.0 % respectively) can be weighed against Ningnanmycin(inhibitory rate: 56.2 %) at 500 μg/mL.Selecting Fusarium wheat, apples rot and pathogens, bacterial blight of rice, and tobacco R. solanacearum as the test objects, the antibacterial activity of these compounds was initially screened with the growth rate method,. Some of the compounds were found to show moderate antibacterial activity.
