In industrial production,equipment wear and tear of consumption accounts for a large part of the production cost and energy consumption.The preparation of composite coating which has good friction and wear properties can improve the equipment of wear-resisting and low-friction performance,reduce environmental pollution,energy efficiency,that has a good application prospect in the industry in the future.PTFE particles has good lubrication performance,but its hydrophilicity is poor,difficult to fully dispersed in the aqueous solution and plating solution,hard to desposite with the substrate metal,thus difficult to be directly applied to the preparation of chemical composite plating coating.This article uses the pretreatment methods to realise the PTFE particles surface pretreatment,which can improve its hydrophilicity and surface activity preliminary.And we can carry on the heterogeneous nucleation method to clad Al(OH)3 on its surface on this basis,that can fully improve the performance of PTFE particles dispersing in the venom.After the surface modification,PTFE particles is applied to the chemical composite plating,to prepare the Ni-P-PTFE coating of good friction and wear performance. In this paper, the main research contents and results are as follows:(1)The pretreatment technology of PTFE particles was investigated.The paper researched the concentration of pretreatment liquid and preprocessing time impact on PTFE particles surface morphology,and discussed the effect mechanism that the pretreatment process of PTFE particles affected the coating. Results showed that the PTFE after pretreatment, the pellet surface bulge increase and dense,conducive to the coating,.And the best pretreatment process is the concentration of 0.4 mol/L,the pretreatment time of 1.5 min.(2)The surface of the PTFE particles coated process was investigated,the effects of factors on the coating was analysed.And the potential mechanism that the various factors on cladding rate of the particles, the influence of the hydrophilic and Zeta was discussed.Results show that the hydrophilicity of coated PTFE particles got significant improvement, meanwhile Zeta potential increased significantly.When p H was 4.5,the best of PTFE coating process parameters is the concentration of 8 g/L,buffer concentration of 0.10 mol/L,FC134 of 0.4 g/L,the Al(NO3)3 added liquid of 0.08 mol/L.(3)The PTFE particles of surface modification was applied to the chemical composite plating.The Ni-P-coated PTFE surface morphology was prepared.And its performance characteristics was tested.The results showed that a significant reduction in the friction coefficient was realised after adding PTFE.At the same time that method reduced the microhardness and wear resistance.The best plating parameters is PTFE particles content of 4 g/L, FC134 content of 0.5 g/L, the stirring speed of 350 r/min, heat treatment temperature of 260 ℃.
