High speed precision stamping technology is modern advanced manufacturing technology of stamping. With the application of this technology for mass production of products, it has the characteristics of high production efficiency, high quality, high consistency, energy saving, low cost, safety and so on. It is widely used in electronic communications, electrical appliances, automobile, home appliances and other products technology in production. High-speed sheet blanking is an important process of high speed precision stamping technology, and the cross section quality is a key indicator to evaluate the quality of blanked parts. At present, there is few research on high speed precision blanking part section quality causes and quality control technology, therefore, it has important practical application value to carry out the corresponding research.The research object is industrial high speed punching parts with phosphorus bronze sheet. The high speed precision blanking process characteristics has been analyzed. The application of high-speed blanking sheet and the problems existing in the practical application process has been summarized. On this basis, the research contents and research methods of this article are put forward. Dynamic mechanical properties of Hopkinson were studied through the experiment of phosphor bronze sheet, obtained the high speed blanking similar dynamic conditions of constitutive model, through the comparative analysis to study the fracture traditional criterion, fracture criterion of material presents high speed blanking, and provide necessary conditions for the analysis of the finite element simulation. In addition, For high speed blanking section formed during the process of finite element simulation analysis by using the finite element analysis software Deform, and researched the distribution of stress and strain of the main characteristics of regional deformation, crack initiation, propagation and fracture process, the effects of the blanking speed, geometrical parameters of dies, blanking clearance blanking piece section quality, obtained the high-speed punching and blanking traditional fracture appearance form the similarities and differences, and put forward the method of high speed punching sheet section quality control.Based on the finite element simulation analysis results of C5210 phosphor bronze sheet high speed stamping performance test on dynamic mechanical cutting and blanking process, the C5210 phosphor bronze sheet cutting experiment on high speed punching is carried out. The experiment and simulation results are consistency. According to this, the section quality control points of high speed sheet blanking is put forward, that is, while the rate is above 1000 spm, the blanking clearance and thickness ratio is 0.02, edge rounding and thickness ratio is 0.2, thus, the ideal section quality pieces can be obtained.This article puts forward a method to improve the quality of section control, and this method can effectively guide the practice and fulfill the manufacturing requirements, improves the quality of blanking pieces, and has reference means to the continual application of generalization and investigation.
