In this paper, we developed one kind of the aluminum-based detergent without nitrate,phosphate,silicate and ODS, it is environment-friendly. And according to the standard JB / T 4323.2- 1999 and factory requirements,its basic performance were tested.During the process of the experiment,the conclusion was drawn as follows:(1)The anionic surfactant NF 10 and nonionic surfactants MSC,SL4 and 17R4 stood out through the three essential performance indexes,namely decontamination rate,foam height and cloud point,and the four surfactants had good synergy. Meanwhile,through the orthogonal experiment,the optimum dosage of these four surfactants was MSC:NF10:SL4:17R4=1.5:1.2:1.1:1.2.(2)In the process of corrosion or rust experiments,the test results showed that the corrosion inhibitor 5080 has better effect on dural LY 12 or HT 300,and it was good with S components. And the effect on dural LY 12 or HT 300 was superior to the inhibitor and rust of 1198 LA,ASI80,triethanolamine and C3196.(3)A large number of experiments show that the early stage of the corrosion or rust inhibitor was stable and good in the system environment. And the auxiliary components containing sodium hydroxide and ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid disodium were the best choice of additives.(4)Organic silicon defoamer had quick defoaming action,but was limited because of price,the time of effective use,water solubility and the maximum amount,and the modified organic silicon defoamer,through the introduction of the hydrophilic group,increased the solubility in water, however, inevitably bringed the ability to inhibit relatively lower. And polyether defoaming agent,such as L61,despite the low price and idea defoaming effect, it was limited by the cloud point. Because we should use the detergent at 55 ℃,so the polyether type defoamer L61 was not used in this experiment.(5)After the experiment of surface active agent distribution,they showed good synergistic effect. In addition, the compatibility of surface active agents, corrosioninhibitors,rust inhibitors and addictives was ideal and they had the high stability.(6)This product not only had excellent cleaning rate,but also lower foam height.Besides, it could be applied in the plant at temperature 55℃ with ultrasonic cleaning requirements. In addition,the inhibition effect on aluminum was dominant,it had been successfully verified on 356,380,2024,3003,6061 and 7075 aluminum alloys.(7) At last,Taking electrochemical experiments into account,it was superior to the traditional gravimetric method for evaluation of the inhibition effect, breaking though the restrictions of long time and general corrosion. The inhibition behavior of LY12 alloys in aluminum-based detergent solution which we had developed were studied by polarization curves and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy methods.The results showed that the new aluminum-based detergent had obvious inhibiton effect on LY12 alloy,moreover,the corrosion rate was as high as 99.5%. It showed that surfactant could slightly increase the inhibition only used with inhibitors.Besides, compared with domestic detergent under the same condition, the corrosion current density of the homemade one was lower. It indicated that the inhibition effect of homemade one upon carbon steel and gray cast iron was superior to the former. The observation of scanning electron microscope(SEM)indicated that the LY12 alloy films presented no significant distinction before or after inhibiton.Finally,with a reasonable cost,the product had been certified by the inspection institution in rust, corrosion, sterilization, decontamination and safety performance.Comparing with the domestic detergent, it had slightly higher cyclic utilization rate.Besides,those of them had reached the required target,in line with the potential market damand.
