Hobbing as generating method to process a, with its significant performance and cost advantages, become the automobile, motorcycle, engineering machinery, shipbuilding and other industries based processing mode of the equipment, and in high speed hobbing process, vibration error seriously affected the gear machining accuracy of tooth face. In order to adapt to the roll, the efficiency of the gear processing, the high requirements of the quality and the machining cost, this paper based on ABAQUS dynamic simulation function of hobbing gear vibration problems were studied, with more important theoretical significance and practical application value. The main research contents are as follows:In the first part of this paper, the rolling development trend of gear machine and roll grinding roll cutting force, rolling gear dynamics and flutter suppression of, a comparative analysis of the roll cutting process dynamics simulation technology, and aiming at the existing problems, and puts forward the thinking of the main research.Then using ABAQUS dynamic module, given the relevant material parameters, processing parameters and determining the failure criterion of materials based on, of a gear hobbing system modeling, and three-dimensional dynamic simulation of gear hobbing. Through the simulation results of the processing, extract the relevant kinetic parameters, is constructed to reflect roll gear vibration of SLD figure(the stability lobes diagram), and then verify the simulation method can reflect the characteristics of the vibration.Then, based on the simulation of the roller teeth, the relationship between the structural parameters of the hob spindle and the dynamic cutting force coefficient is determined, and the chatter suppression is optimized by the optimization of the structure parameters of the hob axis..Finally, the hobbing flutter experiment scheme design, through on the field experimental data conditioning, three-dimensional dynamic simulation and SLD graph correctness verification. It can be used in actual production, reasonable selection of machining parameters and avoid chatter occurs.
