Study Of Micro Magnetic Detection Technology Steel Structure Weld

In today’s high development society,steel structure industry plays an important role in the national economy. Improve and guarantee welding quality become the most important thing in the current Welding production among steel structure welded connection.Athough existed lots of steel structure detection methods,there is rare good detection methods mixed between the detection efficiency and the detection results. The article propose micro magnetic detection based on the geomagnetic field detecting the welding lines which exists lack of root fusion、incomplete penetration and crack.Based on micro magnetic detection, chosen high-speed steel which carbon content is 1.5% as research object. Made different types of artificial defects in advance.Detecting the artificial defects of crack、incomplete penetration and lack of root fusion.Determine the defect’s position through analysis the defect position’s magnetic variation. Based on the micro magnetic theory of inversion methods, using different types of inversion methods Calculated the defect’s position based on the micro magnetic theory of inversion methods. Comparison different inversion method Calculations obtain its best buried depth. Verification the detection results though ultrasonic testing. Results indicate the defect position and buried depth detected by micro magnetic testing methods is match the facts. Based on the character of magnetic signal is weak and noisy signal is strong, use zero-phase digital filtering method filtering. In order to accomplish defection welding lines fast and mass, develop a weld defect visualization system based on c#. Though simple probe scan weld, defection the defect position and buried depth quickly, and show 2D image intuitively。The study put forward a new ideas of detecting steel structure welding line.
