With the increasing of human civilization and rapid development of technology, people show more interesting in utilizing surface water such as river water or lake water. Surface water–source pump are widely developed and applied in many fields in the giant motivational effect of pollution and energy crisis an effective technology in utilizing renewable resource and low grade heat energy. However, the surface of water-source heat pump heat exchanger pipe will be suffered severe corrosion affected by the joint influence of complicated factors of scale–forming, rusting and harmful algae microorganisms blooming in the long time contact with water, which cut down its service life and has been turn into one of the main issues urgently need to be solved among lots of countries. Generally, epoxy resin coating, as the most frequently used substances of film-forming, are chose to protect pipe from corrosion for the excellent properties of chemical stability, good dispersion with filler and solubility with organic solvents. While, the anticorrosive properties and hydrophobicity of epoxy resin coating still remains to be improved by adding suitable fillers. It also needs better adhesive force and impact resistance to protecting the pipe from corrosion.The silane coupling agent KH560 is selected as a modifier of the Ce O2. The impact of coupling agent on microstructure of composites was investigated by Raman, UV-vis DRS and FESEM. Ce O2 and Si O2 are selected as coating fillers in the experiment, two fillers were dispersed into the epoxy by the way of chemical modification, ultrasonic dispersed and mechanical stirring combination to prepare a kind of anti-corrosion and anti-fouling coating. The content of two fillers in the coating was determined by RSM-CCD. Hardness, adhesion force and impact resistance test method for the routine performance of the coatings were characterized. The electrochemical corrosion behavior of coating was measured by CHI660 D electrochemical workstation respectively. Surface water contact angle and surface energy of coatings were measured to study on the performance of water-based antifouling.The experimental results show that the coupling agent improved the interaction between Ce O2 and epoxy. Both the fraction of Ce O2 and KH560 had effect on adhesive force and corrosion resistance. The adhesive force of the composite with treated Ce O2 on galvanized steel was one grade, its electrochemical impedance was 109 Ω·cm2 at immersion in 3.5wt% Na Cl solution after 30 minutes and about 107 Ω·cm2 after 7 days. It was higher than that with untreated Ce O2 and epoxy resin. The research of my paper get the results that the optimal formulation of epoxy coating: the E44 epoxy resin70 g, treated Ce O2 2.5 g, Si O2 14 g, curing agent 42 g. Preferred formula preparation anti-corrosion and anti-fouling coating performance test results are as follows: the hardness of 2 H, the adhesive force on galvanized steel of one grade, the impact resistance of 50 kg·cm. Its electrochemical impedance was 108 Ω·cm2 above at immersion in 3.5wt% Na Cl solution after 10 days and the contact angle of water against it to be 90 ° above, the basic and hydrophobic properties of coating are good. We also see the anti-corrosion and anti-fouling performance increasing.
