As countries to work more and more attention to energy saving and emission reduction, environmental situation is increasingly grim. Still in implementing the “integrated wastewater discharge standard "(GB 8978-1996) petrochemical sewage enterprises can not meet the high standards of environmen tal protection requirements, must keep pace with The Times, technically make the pollutant discharge in accordance with the “petroleum chemical industry pollutant discharge standard"(GB 31571-2015). COD discharge concentration difference of the two standards to make enterprises begin to use ozone catalytic oxidation technology for chemical wastewater advanced treatment.The main advantage of the ozone catalytic oxidation is quick, simple process, no secondary pollution. In the production of ozone power consumption is high, and catalyst needs regular replacement, the cost is high. Based on ozone catalytic oxidation depth treatment technology in chemical industry wastewater treatment on the actual processing effect, the paper on the problems existing in the a ctual production, the technology of catalyst, ozone dosing quantity and contact devices to explore, to optimize process, reduce the power consumption and energy consumption, reduce production cost, and reach high efficiency and low energy consumption operation goal.
