In order to the requirement of safety and efficiency of mining production.The text takes the ping mine in guizhou KaiLin group as the practical engineering background.On the basis of the existing mining technology, the research on destruction of phosphatic rock under loading laws is to achieve more secure, efficient production of construction. To research the rock damage rule under loading laws is not only important to theoretical value and economic value of the development of mining, but also has a profound significance on knowledge of phosphatic rock formation,struct-ural fissure and failure rule. the main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Introduce engineering research background and significance of the phosphatic rock,analyse research situation at home and abroad and development trenchs,clear research contents and methods of the thesis.(2)This paper based on the failure criteria of the rock, consult a lot of literatures, briefly analyse the physical and mechanical properties and fracture mechanism of phosphatic rock.(3)Test was made on the destruction rule of phosphatic rock, From the problems encountered by sampling and processing of specimen to determine the experiment scheme. By means of the rock uniaxial compressive strength and point load test to determine the physical and mechanical properties of phosphatic rock,we get the laws that under the uniaxial compression condition, most rocks are given priority to fracturing damage. And the main rupture surface is perpendicular to the joint surface in most cases.(4) At the last, briefly analyse the theory analysis of the bolt support, Combining with the actual situation of maluping mine, for the design of roadway supporting and anchor, choose anchorage type according to the self-condition of roadway surrounding rock, improve the bearing capacity of roadway itself so as to play a role in rock mass reinforcement Supportings like anchor bolt, anchor line and anchor network can improve the stability of surrounding rock of roadway, supportings like anchor bolt, anchor line can keep the stability of roadway support, which has very important meaning to safety production of roadway and efficiency improvement.
